SUMMARY:Buffalo Exchange’s Tokens for Bags® to Benefit The Arizona Pet Project
DESCRIPTION:The Arizona Pet Project is happy to announce that we have been selected as a recipient of the Buffalo Exchange Tokens for Bags® program at their Tempe location from July through December 2022. \nYou can now donate to The Arizona Pet Project just by shopping at Buffalo Exchange in Tempe. Instead of a plastic bag\, the Tokens for Bags® program offers every customer who purchases one “token” valued at five cents (the cost to produce a bag) to donate to one of several local charities selected by the store. \nEvery six months\, Buffalo Exchange chooses new organizations for their Tokens for Bags® program that are local to their stores that support their communities. They have locations around the United States with several Buffalo Exchange stores in Arizona\, and we’re thrilled that their Tempe location has chosen to support The Arizona Pet Project for the remainder of the year! The Tokens for Bags® program has generated over $893\,860 for hundreds of local nonprofit organizations since 1994 and has saved over 17.87 million plastic bags from landfills. \nWe hope you’ll join us in shopping at Buffalo Exchange to help support families and pets in need all while keeping plastic bags out of landfills! That’s a win-win! 🐾
